Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to tour, transfer and private van bookings made through Samui Van Service. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the operator.

Booking & Confirmation

A request is not confirmed until Samui Van Service confirms availability and booking details. Final prices, pickup times and route details are confirmed directly with the customer before travel.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the service booked. Direct transfers and driver-only private van services have separate terms from tour services. Tour cancellations are handled in accordance with applicable Thai tourism law and any mandatory consumer rights.

Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the current terms. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or reduce a right that cannot legally be waived under Thai law.
